Like many of us at Mackey, Liz knows the RMS space inside and out. Having worked at the legacy vendors, she’s particularly adept at helping enterprise clients unlock the benefits a modern RMS can deliver across teams and stakeholders. All Technical Users, Liz is an invaluable resource for ensuring a painless migration to the platform! Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family and has a penchant for adopting rescue dogs that inevitably “rearrange” her life…but in the sweetest way.

Meet Todd Heritage
Institutional Sales Executive
Todd joins from the dynamic world of alternative research, where he helped grow revenue stream (important) but also enrich the product and improve user outcomes (essential) through tight collaboration with clients. Todd holds his BA from Bucknell, where he shined on the lacrosse field as an attackman for the Bison. Fun fact: he never wears jeans, not even in the winter. Meet Tom Titchener
Senior Back-End Developer
Tom brings a wealth of knowledge about enterprise software development to the team. He’s spent time at Cisco Systems and McGraw/Hill Education on proprietary functional language compilers and, more recently, at Wasabi Technologies, where he worked on data migration features. He’s got more than a decade of experience writing in Haskell and Scheme, which puts him in a pretty exclusive club, in our view. He’s also an avid musician (violin and trumpet) and publishes his own music on SoundCloud. Enjoy!

Meet Zack Coursen
Software Developer
Zack comes to us after years of improving data management and automation practices in the demanding field of clinical trials. He’s fluent in JavaScript, Python and PostgreSQL languages and uses that fluency to make software and systems work better and faster. We’re excited to have Zack onboard because his passion for UI, UX and elegant design matches ours. Fun fact: Zack is a former U.S. Figure Skating competitor, so artistry and precision are in his DNA. He holds a BA in Computer Science from Rhode Island College.

Matt joins us after more than a decade at a multi-billion-dollar, fundamental value hedge fund where he was responsible for managing partner relationships and using technology to improve the investment process. He now uses that first-hand knowledge to ensure the best possible client outcomes. Analysts and PMs: Matt is an expert at developing and optimizing research workflows. He has an MBA from Oxford, and an MA and BS from Lehigh.

Meet Patrick Ruppe
VP of Marketing
Patrick joins us from the realm of quantitative fund analytics where he built buyer education programs to help investment and distribution teams make better informed decisions about what research tools to buy. He has his BA from UNC, and he’s Tar Heel basketball all the way. He’ll be building our content programs filled with useful information to help you through the buying process. He also likes to talk…a lot…so get ready to engage!
